Ashiana named Best Bangladeshi Restaurant of the Year at English Curry Awards!
Ashiana Indian & Bangladeshi Restaurant in Newark was the winner of the Best Bangladeshi Restaurant category at the 12th English Curry Awards 2023. The competition was fierce with the shortlist being whittled down from nearly 7,000 restaurants across England to just 10, but the Ashiana received the ultimate recognition for their innovation and authentic dishes and took the winner’s trophy home to Newark.
Sai Miah, owner of the Ashiana Indian & Bangladeshi Restaurant said as he collected the award:
